We had a very good experience with Merit Appliance Repair. Our clothes dryer needed a new heating element, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they already had the part on hand, and communication was clear throughout. The technician arrived when expected, explained the repair, and completed the work quickly and professionally. Our dryer broke on a Friday afternoon.  We called a few places - Merit was the only place that actually answered & confirmed that the technician would wear a mask for the appointment.  They were able to get to our house on Monday afternoon - about as quickly as possible, given the timing.  Levert was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly.  Our dryer was fixed quickly for a reasonable price.  Will definitely call again for future appliance repair!  :) 2025 update. Called with another appliance repair need. Levert was again prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. 😊 He had our oven up & running in no time!
