We called a few places - Merit was the only place that actually answered & confirmed that the technician would wear a mask for the appointment.  They were able to get to our house on Monday afternoon - about as quickly as possible, given the timing.  Levert was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly.  Our dryer was fixed quickly for a reasonable price.  Will definitely call again for future appliance repair!  :) 2025 update. Called with another appliance repair need. Levert was again prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. 😊 He had our oven up & running in no time!
